The pirate

Modern culture implies a lot of romance around pirates, like them being adventurous, idealistic and that kind of stuff. This is only partly true, or even completely untrue, because the main trait of pirates was that they didn't really respect any authority. Not even authority of their own. Not even their own captain. Not even a lady captain. Probably especially not a lady captain.
