LiquidScrollText (Framer Component)

How to use this in Framer:

1. Open your Framer project.
2. Go to the Assets tab and click the + next to Code.
3. Name it LiquidScrollText and choose "New Component."
4. Delete the default code and paste this code. (You can open the .tsx file with Notepad)
5. Drag the component onto your canvas, and Preview the site (you must actually scroll to see the effect!).
