The lists, the coffee, the late nights and the sheer willpower that got you this far have stopped working. Your brain feels foggy. Things you used to handle now feel overwhelming. You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.
For many women with ADHD, diagnosed or not, midlife is when three things collide: ADHD, perimenopause and burnout. Each one can make the others louder.
It's not your fault. You're not lazy, you're not broken and you're not losing it. Your brain and body are changing, and life is asking a lot of you. This course helps you understand what's going on, so you can stop blaming yourself and start working with yourself.
I'm a certified ADHD coach and senior nurse leader with over 25 years' experience in healthcare, clinical practice and leadership.
This course is personal. I spent years recognising symptoms in other people, yet when burnout, low iron, B12 and vitamin D and heavy periods caught up with me, I didn't recognise the signs in myself. I made this course so you can spot them sooner, and feel able to ask for the support you deserve.
You're not failing. You're not imagining it. And you don't have to keep pushing through on your own.
Six short video lessons, around 4 to 10 minutes each, with captions:
A 24-page workbook with a task after every lesson, a GP appointment prep sheet and your own recovery plan.
Lifetime access. About 35 minutes of video in total, so it's easy to fit in. Watch at your own pace, pause whenever you need to, and come back whenever you need a reminder.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. The course is for any woman who recognises herself in ADHD traits, whether you have a diagnosis, are on a waiting list, or are just starting to wonder.
Is this medical advice?
No. This course is education and coaching. It doesn't diagnose ADHD or menopause, and it isn't medical advice. Decisions about HRT or medication are always made with your GP or a specialist, and Lesson 6 helps you prepare for that conversation.
How long will it take?
About 35 minutes of video, plus your workbook time. Go at your own pace: one lesson a week works well for many women.
How long do I have access?
For life. Come back whenever you need a reminder.
