This isn’t a challenge.
There’s no schedule to keep up with.
And there’s nothing to complete “correctly.”
Each day offers:
- one gentle self-reflection question
- one tiny, realistic action
They’re designed to help you slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or overwhelm.
If self-love has ever felt like too much — too performative, too forced, or too hard — this is a softer way in. You can read one day, skip a few, come back later, or simply sit with the words. All of it counts.
