The B & C Medical Companion is an excellent resource to be used for and by the senior citizens in your life. It includes 2 cover sheets and 6 medical companion sheets.

This digital product is downloadable once your payment is complete. No physical products will be shipped to you. This product is not for resale. File-sharing is strictly prohibited.

The B & C Medical Companion sheets can be printed as often as needed from your computer (set to print at 100% or actual size) or at a local print shop. Each page is printable on regular 8.5 x 11 inch paper.

Once you print the cover sheet of your choice and the pages that you want:

·       Insert those pages into your favorite binder (use hole puncher for 3-ring binders)

·       Add your information therein

You can take the binder to your appointments. Also when picking up new prescriptions. This way, you can update your information in real-time and/or use it to ask pertinent questions about your medical care.
