I've been working with women in perimenopause for over 10 years, on all aspects of their wellbeing. Supporting better brain health has often been a concern, due to the impact of brain fog of perimenopause, or having relatives with dementia.
It doesn't have to be feared, as there are evidence-based ways in which we can take simple and effective action.
This course will take you through brain changes as well as how to empowering yourself in this important phase of life.
