The course starts when you start with the first lesson. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. And you can come back to refresh your knowledge as required.

That depends on you, your process, and how you structure your workflow, but the lessons are short and to the point 7 videos are an average of 6-minutes long, and there are accompanying worksheets.
I know the tendency can be to want to ignore those worksheets but I strongly recommend you complete the worksheets to get the most out of the course.
