Leadership challenges in Nigeria and the world at large has been clearly demystified. Parent as a great leaders is one of the most common examples given. Leadership is a life skill that should appeal to a much larger number of people. If you are a parent, you must provide your children with guidance tutelage, mentorship and discipline. Parental leadership is a very important factor for nourishing children towards behavior health education human ethics, social and environmental awareness.

At the end, every parents want their children to be successful. The foundation of effective parenting is leading by example. When children observe how we treat them and others, they learn how to behave. Most of us are not born leaders. We all have at least one authority figure in our lives who we look up to, maybe a teacher, a parent, an old man, or your boss, in any case, we've all desire to have that kind of commanding presence. The ability to walk into a room and instantly make it silent. The ability to rise to any occasion and issue orders that must be obeyed.

The foundation of our independence as a nation is shaking today because the very Fabric called family upon which the destiny of our nation is interwoven has been torn into shreds treated with loose hands, complacency and ignominy.

One of the signs that show that a free nation is living under bondage is the percentage of beaten and shattered families in that nation. One of the signs and evidences that show that an

of neocolonialism and self-delusion is the rate of increase in broken homes.

Whenever the percentage of battered and broken homes in a nation is on the rise, that nation is bound to suffer setbacks. When the burden of the bread winner is shifted from the father to the children and the children take up prostitution and armed robbery as a career, the society is in serious trouble. 95% of prostitutes on the street take prostitution as a career and use it to feed their parents who have neglected their duties. 99% of crimes originate from family problems. 98% of the myriads of woes and destruction that have befallen Nigeria are from family problems.

Many families have raised prostitutes, kidnappers, bandits, terrorists, totalitarian leaders, evil men and women and send them to the society. The family is consistently complaining that the nation is getting worse than it was and yet they keep releasing bad children into the society. Once the family has problem in form of broken home, quarrelsome home and a home without proper child training, the nation will receive negative children who will truncate the whole order or knighthood in the country.

There's no single problem the nation has today which is not traceable to the family. There is no single evil leader in Nigeria today who is not from a family. Once parents refuse to put food on the table and also refuse to educate their children, most of the children will go out there and find food and education for themselves through prostitution, armed robbery, kidnapping,

banditry, terrorism.

Some family forsaken children will go and find their destinies on the platform of politics and when they turn out to be very wicked, tribalistic, nepotic, bloody, heartless and a source of heartbreak to the society and the nation at large.

Juvenile delinquencies, hooliganism, gangsterism, lesbianism, vandalism, kidnappings, terrorism, occultism, whoredomy, sodomy, sadony, ritual, prostitution, armed robbery, bad politicians, embezzlement of public funds are mostly characters and jobs of children from beaten and battered families, broken homes, families who don't value the nation at all, families that poisons the society with evil children, families that don't mean well for other members of the society, families that have no conscience, families that have questions to answer before God and Men.

All families must go extra miles to provide food, education and proper home training for the children they bring to this world because they will not be exempted from the judgment that will come upon their evil children no matter how they claim to have tried their best in training them. You can't raise an armed robber in the name of a child who grows up to rob banks and kill innocent people and you later claim to have tried your best. Your best is evil. Parents, guardians and teachers, train up children the way they should be and when they grow up, they will never depart from it. Teach them to value human blood, teach them the dangers of prostitution, armed robbery, cultism, heartlessness, lesbianism, and ritual killings. Why can't you use this opportunity to mould them, teach them dangers of bad

characters and help the society to escape the evil this children

can unleash on it while you yourself escape the judgment of God because God will hold you responsible for every bad child in the society that is from you either as a parent, teacher or guardian. You will pay dearly for every bad child that passed through you to this world no matter how you claim to have tried your best.

Stealing money meant for constituency projects, sacrificing poor innocent children in order to win election, vandalizing government properties and manipulating election results.

Now the root cause of all woes, bad omen, horrendous happenstances, tears and mourning that the society has gone through so far in this 3-dimensional universe is traceable to the family.

Many families have raised hired assassins, murderers, and wicked leaders and release them to inflict terrible pains on their

fellow humans.
