Santa has a workshop, a sleigh, reindeer, and months to prepare for a single night.

Meanwhile, in homes everywhere, strange things happen every day.

Missing objects reappear.

Appointments are remembered.

Kids get where they need to go.

Dinner somehow appears on the table.

And almost no one sees how it happened.

So Santa sends an elf to Earth with three questions:

Where are the moms' elves?

Where is their workshop?

How do they manage to do everything?

His investigation takes him into the lives of very different moms: working moms, stay-at-home moms, moms on vacation, moms who lose their temper, moms who order pizza, and moms who are officially retired.
