Chopin - Nocturne Op. 9, No. 2 for Clarinet and Piano
Frédéric Chopin was a virtuoso pianist and composer of Polish descent, a leading musician of the Romantic era. His music is very expressive and contains an influence of Polish folk music. Most of his works were written for solo piano, including his opus 9 nocturnes.
"Nocturne Op. 9, No. 2" (1832) is the second of three nocturnes which he composed at the age of twenty and dedicated to Madame Marie Pleyel, a Belgian concert pianist at the time. This nocturne is considered Chopin’s most famous piece.
