Thank you for choosing Copper Doodle & Co.! By purchasing or downloading our line art, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding its use.

1. Ownership & Copyright

• Copper Doodle & Co. remains the sole and exclusive owner of all original line art designs.

• Purchase of this set grants you a license to use the art; it does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer.

2. Permitted Uses (The "Yes" List)

We want to see your creativity shine! You are encouraged to:

• Color and Customize: You may color, paint, or digitally fill the line art.

• Sell Finished Designs: You are permitted to sell your colored/finished versions as digital clipart, stickers, physical prints, or as part of a larger design.

• Commercial Use: Small business commercial use is included with your purchase (unless otherwise specified).

3. Prohibited Uses (The "No" List)

To protect our brand, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Reselling Line Art: You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the original black-and-white line art in any digital format.

• No Freebies/Giveaways: You may not share or give away the line art files in their original form (uncolored) on websites, social media, or file-sharing groups.

• No Physical Line Art Sales: You may not sell the uncolored line art as physical products (e.g., printed coloring pages or "paint your own" kits) without a separate extended license.

• No "As-Is" Distribution: The line art must be modified (colored or incorporated into a new design) before it can be resold.

4. Limitation of Liability

Copper Doodle & Co. is not responsible for any hardware or software issues that occur after the download of digital files.
