Ford Transit Rear Door Templates

We created templates designed to cover the factory sheet metal of the rear cargo doors on the Ford Transit. This is sure to make your van conversion look and feel more homey!

Using a 3D scanner, we were able to model the door, then create a precise template for the CNC to cut into wood. We used 1/4” plywood for our door panels and painted them on both sides prior to installing them. The panels were then attached using 1/2” stainless steel sheet metal tapping screws.

We highly suggest making a test version using cardboard or cheap plywood to ensure fit is to your liking. There are no refunds for digital files. All sales are final.

This download purchase will be sent to you via e-mail and contains both .dfx and .pdf files for the rear passenger and driver side cargo doors. With the DXF files, the panels can be CNC milled. With the PDF files the panels can be printed on a large format sheet at a professional print shop or multiple sheets of paper for a mosaic and cut using a jigsaw.
