Product Catalogue

Add up to 250 plus products with name, category, supplier, unit of measurement, cost price, selling price, VAT rate, and reorder point. The system automatically calculates your gross margin for every product. This is the foundation everything else is built on set it up once and it feeds every other sheet.

Sales Log

Record every sale with product, quantity sold, unit price, discount applied, payment method, customer name, and transaction date. The system automatically calculates VAT on each transaction, your revenue, your cost, and your profit per sale. Every entry updates your inventory level immediately.

3-Location Inventory Tracker**

Manage stock levels across up to three locations — branches, warehouses, or storage points — simultaneously. Every sale recorded in the Sales Log automatically reduces the stock level at the correct location. Transfer stock between locations using the stock transfer function. See your total stock value across all locations on one screen.

Reorder List - Automatic Stock Alerts**

This is the sheet that saves businesses money. You set a reorder point for each product once. Every time any product drops below its reorder point at any location, it appears on the Reorder List automatically highlighted in colour. Green means stock is fine. Yellow means reorder soon. Red means critically low. You open this sheet and know exactly what to order before customers tell you it is gone.

Returns Log

Record every customer return separately from your sales. Product returned, quantity, reason for return, and date. Your stock level is automatically adjusted when a return is recorded. Your sales figures stay accurate because returns are tracked independently.

Purchase Orders

Generate purchase orders for your suppliers directly from the system. Order number, supplier name, products ordered, quantities, expected unit costs, and expected delivery date — all in one document you can export and send.

Payables Tracker

Track every supplier bill, invoice number, supplier name, amount, amount paid, balance outstanding, due date, and payment status. Overdue payables are flagged automatically.

VAT Return

VAT collected on every sale and VAT paid on every purchase are tracked automatically throughout the system. The VAT Return sheet summarises your total output VAT, input VAT, and net VAT payable — ready to submit when filing time comes.

Monthly Sales Report

A full monthly breakdown of your sales performance, total revenue, total units sold, total profit, top-selling products by revenue and by units, and month-on-month comparison. Generated automatically from your Sales Log data.

Profit and Loss Summary

Your revenue, cost of goods sold, gross profit, operating expenses, and net profit calculated automatically from your sales and expense data. Updated every time you enter a transaction.

Business Dashboard

Your live overview of the entire business in one place. Total revenue, total profit, stock value across all locations, units sold, and low stock alerts all on one screen, all updating automatically as you enter data. Colour-coded alerts show you which products need attention at a glance.

Does this work outside Nigeria?

Yes. Set your currency symbol once in the Settings sheet and the entire file updates to display your local currency. Used by businesses in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, and beyond.

I only have one location. Can I still use this?

Absolutely. The 3-location tracking is a feature you use if you need it. If you operate from one location, you simply use Location 1 and leave the others blank. The system works exactly the same.

Can it handle more than 250 products?
