Letter Writing
A guided start to writing letters, to release the emotional baggage from yourself, from carrying around words that you wish you could've or would've said. This is an amazing tool that I encouraged all my Hypnotherapy clients to do, as it is a great step in releasing yourself from the story replaying consistently in the background. We wish we could move on but at the same time, wish we would've spoke our truth but in the end, decided not to for our own varying reasons.
This downloadable document is available instantly and gives you starting prompts to use or follow to begin writing to those you that you feel you should have or could have said things to. You can reuse this over and over again, every time you want or need to vent, and end it with the sealing of burning it or shredding it. This allows all those words to finally leave you, allowing you to find the relief and closure you've been wanting and your body has been needing.
