How it works

1. Build the gallery in Lightroom — filter to your picks, then build a gallery from the Library module. ProofingGallery exports and assembles a single HTML file.

2. Send the file — deliver it however you already share files (Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive). A ready-to-send client email template comes with it.

3. Client rates and sends back selects — they open the file in a browser, rate and note their favorites, then export a small file of their picks. No account needed at any point.

4. Import with one click — bring their selects back into Lightroom. Ratings and notes land on the right photos automatically.

Does my client need to create an account?

No. They receive a single HTML file and open it directly in any browser. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to install.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. The gallery file goes straight from your computer to your client through whatever file-sharing method you already use. Nothing touches a third-party server.

Is this a subscription?

No. It's a one-time purchase of $29.95. Unlimited galleries after that, for as long as you use the plugin.

Do I need Lightroom Classic?

Yes — ProofingGallery is built specifically for Lightroom Classic. It isn't compatible with Lightroom (cloud) or other editors.

How big are the gallery files?

Roughly 0.5–0.7 MB per photo at default settings — a 50-photo gallery is typically 25–35 MB, well within range for any file-sharing service.
