Find local businesses to pitch without paying for a Google Maps scraper. Enter a category and a town (or keep a list of saved searches that runs every Monday). This n8n workflow pulls businesses from free OpenStreetMap data and checks each website: HTTPS, mobile, booking, copyright year, e-mails and socials. It skips anyone already in your sheet, and Gemini scores the fit and writes a specific cold-email opener. Up to 360 leads per search go into Google Sheets, with a hot-lead e-mail.
