This origin story covers diversity and disability in a fun and accessible way. It emphases that the

friends are perfect as they are, but they get some extra help from their robot parts.

At the end of the day they can cast off their robot parts and be their perfect selves again.

The central theme “Because we all need a little help..” Alludes to their robot aids but also to the

help they bring to others. The emphasis is on teamwork and empathy. Covering neurodiversity,

physical and emotional differences the story explores our worth and power to conquer our

limitations and challenges together.

The RoboTeam is a group of animal friends with unique characteristics and challenges:

Paquita is a Desert Dog, cruelly dismissed by the farmer because she cannot hear his

commands, because she was born deaf in one ear.

Hallie is a caring horse. She was blinded in one eye in an accident when she was a foal.

DigiDog cannot always read what people are feeling so he has a FeelBot that helps him.

Enzo is a lovable eagle with a wonky wing that makes him fly in circles.

Mousey is a little mouse with a big heart, but he needs to learn the power of saying sorry.
