About Your Coach

Hi, I’m Renee.

I’m the founder of The Diabetic Toolbox and host of The Diabetic Toolbox Podcast. I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Development and am a Certified Diabetes Lifestyle Coach through a CDC-recognized program in partnership with Emory University. I’m also certified through the Health Coach Institute, with specialized training in habit change, nutrition, and transformational coaching.

I was diagnosed with prediabetes in 2017 and remember how overwhelming it felt not to know where to start. Everything I teach is built on that experience.

My mission is to give you the tools, education, and support I wish I had, because a life you love is what makes healthy habits stick.
