Healing Your Inner Little was created through my own healing journey during COVID. I made the decision to face what kept repeating in my life and often left devastation.
I realized my pain didn’t start in the present, but in my childhood.
In me it showed up as low self-worth, negative self-talk, and patterns in relationships I didn’t understand and often couldn't control.
So I did the work by meeting my inner little, learning her pain, and loving her to heal her.
This book walks you through that process.
