Making the Discovery (and Being!) of Your Perfect Authentic Self Journey a Fun and Loving Experience

As you’re in this journey of getting to know your Authentic Self, you may be asking, “how do I do that?” You’re about to see that you don’t have to look much farther than your Whole Body Self! You’ll even realize that it’s more than just the discovery…it’s also Being your Authentic Self. So in this PlayShop, you’ll get some inspiration to allow your Authentic Self (and all your Perfect Magick Glitter) to be free! Ready?

We’re headed to the laboratory! So, get your lab coat, goggles, gloves (all the things!) ready to go. You’ll see just what it takes and how to prepare yourself for using your Whole Body Self for Wisdom, Insight and Guidance into WHO your Perfect Authentic Self is, as well as BEING your Perfect Authentic Self.

In this introductory playful experience, you’ll:

Discover the 4-step process that you’ll rinse and repeat that’ll get you feelin’ all compassionate and lovey-dovey for your Self in your Authentic Leadership journey
Explore the forms of observations that create the guiding posts and points of observation for when you’re creating your experiments in life - so you’re clear of what’s supporting you to express (and Be) what you desire
Learn what types of supplies you’ll need in your lab bag (aka your Tools to Re-Source) so you’ll feel more empowered from within as gain a different perspective on what to invite in to support you in leading Authentically
Explore the types and impact of internal and external Environments plays on the expression of your Perfect Authentic Self - so you’re aware of what else could be influencing what you’re observing as you make changes

Nice to meet you! While practicing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, I got to witness the transformative healing power when people embraced a more loving relationship with symptoms and conditions they were experiencing - they're messages guiding us to our Perfect Authentic Self so we could Authentically Lead in ALL areas of our lives with Ease and Grace.

Each of the DATE YourSelf PlayShops are designed for you to go on an experiential journey, engaging your Whole Body Self (Spirit, Emotion, Mental and Physical), while diving in on an aspect that’s related to your Authentic Leadership. Leadership being in ANY area of your life where you are asked to lead others, including your Self!

You’ll see the mix of learning and refining leadership skills, tapping into your natural talents, while weaving in optimizing your Holistic Health. This is how you get to create in your Personal and Business Life that’s sustainable, just by being you.

These are presented with the DATE YourSelf model encouraging you to be Present with the material and to make it come alive in your life - with you as the activator. This is a place where you’ll see your Self and your life experiences from different perspectives, connecting the dots on things that otherwise seemed separate. You’ll be guided where you’ll see just what you’re capable of, including gaining wisdom, insight and guidance from within…true Empowerment here!
