HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR PRINT

When ordering, please provide the details of everyone you would like included, listing them from left to right in your preferred order. Please include each person's age so their height and proportions can be adjusted accordingly.

Choose your preferred hair colour, clothing colours and hairstyle from the options shown in our ordering guide. You can also request to have your family name added to the top or bottom of your artwork.

WANT TO INCLUDE A PET?

Pets can be added on request. Please provide the breed or type and coat colour when placing your order.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once your order and personalisation details have been received, we'll create your bespoke family illustration and email you a proof to check. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your junk folder, for your proof.

You'll have one opportunity to request changes when your proof is sent, so please check it carefully. We want you to be happy with your artwork, but we're unable to accommodate repeated rounds of changes or continuous back-and-forth revisions.

Once your proof has been approved, your final files will be sent within 24 hours.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

You'll receive a high-resolution PDF designed for A4 printing and a high-resolution PNG. Both files are supplied digitally, ready for you to print at home or through your preferred printing company. You can choose to display your artwork in a frame or have it printed onto canvas.

Your illustration is created using the information you provide, so please ensure all details are accurate and include as much detail as possible. We can only work with the information supplied and will do our best to reflect your choices. As this is a stylised illustration, an exact photographic likeness cannot be guaranteed.
