Condiciones de la Licencia Lease:

1) Los productos finales creados con estas instrumentales (canciones, demos, etc.) no podrán registrarse bajo ningún tipo de copyright (PRO como SGAE, BMI, etc.), ni en sistemas como YT Content ID ni en otros servicios que acrediten la instrumental adquirida como propia del comprador.

Esto garantiza que otros usuarios puedan adquirir el mismo instrumental sin problemas para subir su producto final a las plataformas de streaming y generar beneficios.

2) Una vez adquirida la instrumental, el comprador podrá quedarse todos los beneficios generados por el producto final (como la canción) en plataformas como Spotify, iTunes, Tidal, etc., cumpliendo siempre con el requisito de no registrar el producto como propio (ver punto 1). Esto permite al artista quedarse con el 100 % de las ganancias al distribuir su canción a través de Distrokid, Amuse, entre otros distribuidores.

3) No es necesario renovar la licencia por cada "X" reproducciones en plataformas, solo se realiza un único pago por la instrumental.

4) No es obligatorio mencionar a MARK (yo) como productor en el lanzamiento del producto final en plataformas. Sin embargo, cualquier reconocimiento es siempre bien recibido (si deseas mencionarme, contáctame para proporcionarte mi información necesaria).

El pago de la licencia actúa como prueba de que el comprador acepta y se compromete a cumplir con estos términos y condiciones. Si se incumplen los términos, podrían tomarse acciones legales.

LICENSE INFORMATION

This allows the artist to retain 100% of the profits when distributing their song through services like Distrokid, Amuse, and similar distributors.

3) There is no need to renew the lease for every “X” number of streams on platforms; only a one-time payment is required for the instrumental.

4) Mentioning MARK (myself) as the producer when releasing the final product on platforms is not required but always appreciated. If you’d like to credit me, feel free to reach out for my necessary information.

Payment of the license fee serves as proof that the buyer accepts and commits to these terms and conditions. Legal action may be taken if these terms are violated.
