Customized Canva Template

Don't have time or do know how to edit your Canva template. No problem. Just email us the photos and message you would like for us to add to your template and we will do the work for you. An email will be sent with a Canva link along with the customized template along with a printable pdf file.

Information we need from you in order to customize your template.

• We need a photograph/s (file formats accepted: png, svg or jpg)
• Color theme (hex codes preferred but not required). If you have a picture with the sample color that will work too.
• Personalization Message for example "Happy 21st Birthday Angela!"
• Anything else that you would like added. If you want a logo please include it.
• Email this information to francispapercrafts@gmail.com.
• If you wish a call back, let us know via email along with your time zone (for example, Easter Standard Time, Central Standard Time, etc.) and the best time to meet. We will send you a zoom link (no video required) but you the buyer see the screens.
• Only one revision will be made free of charge after a zoom meeting (10 minute call). This will allow for clear communication and to visually see what changes need to be made.
• Any additional revisions after the first one, will require another purchase customization services.

Note to buyer:

• Allow 48 hours to complete after receiving pictures and personalization information.
• If information is not received within 72 hours of order placement, this order will be canceled and money will be refunded to customer for this service only (not for the editable template).
• This is an add on service to a template purchase
• No refunds will be given after service is completed. All Sales are Final.
• This is a digital product, no physical products will be mailed.
