After 20+ years of working with clients, I learned that most people aren’t struggling because they’re weak — they’re struggling because something in the background is shaping their choices, cravings, and habits. Hidden beliefs, old experiences, and automatic patterns quietly work against them without their knowledge.
This course exposes those patterns and teaches you how to work with the body God designed — not against it.
You will learn how your mind, body, and spirit connect… why certain habits formed… what triggers your cycles… and how to rebuild your health from a place of truth, grace, and alignment.
Over four weeks, you’ll experience three live sessions per week, each one building clarity, confidence, and momentum. Fridays include reflection and weekend action steps so you don’t lose progress when life gets loud.
