Make any clip flash, flicker and glitch in one drag.

Flash Flicker by FRAMES is a drag-and-drop effect for DaVinci Resolve. It combines camera-style flash flicker, reactive chromatic aberration and luma tools in a single effect. Drop it on a clip or adjustment layer, adjust it in the Inspector, and you’re done. You don’t need to touch Fusion.

• Cinematic Flash Flicker

Punchy exposure flashes with full control over how often they hit and how fast they fade. Keep the timing steady like a club strobe or make it randomly timed like paparazzi flashes.

• Any Color Flash

Clean white, neon magenta, eerie blue or any color you like. A color glow option lights up the whole frame on every hit.

• Reactive Chromatic Aberration

RGB fringing builds up toward the edges while the center stays sharp. Link it to the flashes and it spikes on every hit, with an optional edge warp for a lens-distortion feel.

• Luma Key & Luma Transition

Darken shadows or highlights, or keep the flashes to one part of the image. Keyframe the Luma Transition to let your shot sink into darkness, from the shadows up or the highlights down.
