Hi, I’m Natacha — author of the Just for Today series.

My journey didn't start in a wellness studio; it started in the trenches of motherhood. After navigating two high-risk pregnancies and battling postpartum depression and anxiety, I felt lost. I was trying to be present for my children and keep my home in order, all while desperately searching for a single moment of peace for myself.

That shift changed my life.
