Use the VRChat Creator and include the following:

Import the unity package file.

Open the "OPEN ME" scene file.

Then in the VRChat SDK, select which one of the models you wish to upload in the Selected Avatar and follow the normal uploading procedure.

Other:

Face tracking is not added natively due to it taking up a ton of parameter memory. While the model supports it and is possible to add, you would have to cut a ton of the other stuff like the lightsaber etc.
