Symmetry Pro is a clean, 15-page 11-week training program.
It’s designed as an accessible “Body Equilibrium Blueprint” program that progresses through four stages:
Weeks 1–2: Alignment – Build foundational joint integrity and structural stability. Focus on perfect execution.
Weeks 3–5: Kinetic – Enhance unilateral strength and metabolic efficiency through controlled flow.
Weeks 6–8: Sculpture – Promote hypertrophy and muscle definition while refining symmetry.
Weeks 9–11: Peak Force – Transition to maximal power and compound movement mastery.
Each stage includes:
- 3 core workouts per week
- 2 support sessions per week
- Consistent core & foundation work
- Stage-specific protocols, rest periods, and (in Stages 3–4) metabolic triggers or heavy 5×5 compound lifts
- The guiding principle: always start with the weaker limb and match the stronger side
A full 7-day weekly roadmap/calendar with built-in recovery and rest days.
