What it does

RentalGallery gives your Framer site a premium property-style photo gallery. It displays one large hero image with a responsive glass thumbnail strip and a “Full Gallery” button. Visitors can click the hero, thumbnails, or gallery button to open a full-screen modal viewer with next/previous navigation, captions, image counter, keyboard controls, and swipe gestures.

Features

Supports up to 18 editable images with alt text and optional captions. The main hero image fills the component with a subtle bottom gradient for depth. A floating glass thumbnail strip automatically adapts to the component width, showing fewer thumbnails on compact layouts and more on larger screens. Thumbnail clicks update the active hero image, and the selected thumbnail receives a clear active state. The full gallery button opens an immersive lightbox modal with image counter, close button, previous and next buttons, optional captions, and large contained image display. Keyboard support includes Escape to close, Arrow Left and Arrow Right to navigate, and Tab focus trapping inside the modal. Swipe gestures on touch devices move between images. Opening the modal locks body scroll, restores focus when closed, and uses accessible dialog attributes. Styling controls include hero radius, thumbnail radius, glass overlay opacity, button label, font, caption font, and caption visibility.

How to use

Add RentalGallery to your Framer canvas and upload your image list in the property panel. Add alt text for accessibility and captions if you want descriptive text in the full-screen viewer. Customize the button label, corner radius, thumbnail radius, glass overlay opacity, font, and caption font. Resize the component freely; the gallery automatically adjusts its thumbnail count and layout based on available width.
