If selling a beat through beatstars containing D's samples you are required to split
percentage 50/50. (Beatstars name is above)


if a record is placed using the sample(s), the publishing rights and masters (royalties)
will be split between D & the producer(s) involved on the record. Also credit
must be issued to D-Streak plus the producer(s) involved on the loop.


if a non major/major label or independent artist offers an advance or flat-fee for the
production which uses the sample(s), an equal split must be given to D-Streak.
you must always credit (Prod. D-Streak x “Your Name)” or if applicable, include any other
collaborators on the loop


all contents in this folder are owned by D-Streak (and if applicable any other collaborators
on the loop).
