The Lizard's Tale follows three characters who have to learn to work together: The Squirrel who runs on instinct, desire and gut feeling, the Rider who wants a plan and keeps asking questions, and the Lizard who's been on the same rock a long time, just basking in the sun, keeping from dying. When the Squirrel takes off and the Rider panics, the Lizard hits the STOP button — not because anyone's wrong, but because too many voices are pulling in too many different directions at once.

What follows is a story about what happens after the crash. About learning to trust the parts of yourself that move fast, the parts that want a map, and the part that's just been watching quietly the whole time, pulling the plug for a minute when things spin out of control. About sitting deep in the saddle and breathing instead of pushing. About picking yourself up, dusting off, saying sorry, and walking on together.
