Brown Bottle Bureau Complete 4-Piece Package

The Brown Bottle Bureau Complete 4-Piece Package is a creative toolkit for bartenders who already know the basics and want a structured starting point for their next drink.

Inside the four downloadable PDFs:

Cocktail Flavor Deck: 48 flavor cards to explore combinations and choose a direction.

Cocktail Lab: 30 creative challenges, with a practical appendix for small comparison tests and a clearly labeled hypothetical worked example.

Texas in a Glass: 24 Texas-inspired cards for developing drinks with a sense of place.

Botanical Starter Kit: A 12-botanical starter reference with printable worksheets, starting amounts, tasting windows and extraction guidance.

Use the decks to choose a direction, the botanical reference to plan trials, and the Lab to compare and record changes. These resources support creative development; they are not a collection of finished recipes or a complete technical training course.

Includes a Start Here guide. Digital download only; no physical cards are shipped. Print the pages you need. Licensed for one purchasing operator or business location under the included license.
