Getting your life back on track again
Getting your life back on track again
A.C.E.™ It To Freedom isn't a course that teaches you to cope better inside a life that was never built for you. It's a framework for stepping outside it — built around three shifts:
Awareness — seeing the script for what it is. The patterns, the programming, the quiet tug of your own knowing underneath the noise.
Consciousness — expanding beyond thought into presence. Realizing you are not your roles, your wounds, or the chase. You're the witness behind all of it.
Evolution — not effort, but unfolding. Shedding the layers of false identity so your truest self has room to emerge.
Freedom isn't a fourth step you arrive at. It's what's already standing there once the first three have done their work.
I didn't want to build another program that asks you to perform your transformation on camera, on a schedule or in front of a group. Presence doesn't need a login.
So this is audio and a workbook — my voice introducing each module; text to read and learn; and a workbook for each module, built to be written in, not just read. You listen when it's actually time. You write when you're actually ready. No one is watching you do it but you.
Women who've spent a long time being ignored, tolerated, overlooked, or dismissed — and are finally done with it. Women who are tired of auditioning for their own lives. If you're looking for shortcuts or someone to tell you exactly what to do next, this isn't your course. If you know, somewhere in your bones, that the life you've been living was built to someone else's specifications — this was written for you.
You don't need permission anymore. That's the whole point.
I spent much of my life auditioning.
I trained as a ballet dancer and performed across Europe — which taught me, better than anything else could, how to be seen and not heard, how to disappear into a role, how to make my "too much" small enough to be acceptable. Later, I lived through a bad marriage and raised a child alone by penny pinching but with my standards still intact. I moved to the other side of the world, twice, trying to outrun a version of myself I couldn't get a handle on.
I know what it costs to live in performance mode. I also know what's on the other side of it.
At some point, I stopped asking "how do I get better at being this woman?" and started asking : what happened to the woman I used to be? This was never me to begin with!
That question is the whole course.
