If you are looking to become a confident Chinese speaker (for example, beginners or intermediate learners studying HSK 1, 2 and 3)

If you need to practise your Chinese grammar
If you need to improve your Chinese reading skills
If you lack opportunity to practise Chinese on a regular basis

What to Expect?

First complete the short form before your language exchange session with Mwene.
You will receive over 100+ questions to choose from The Speaking Bank covering several different topics to choose from.
Ensure you have the correct pens (blue, red and black) and a notebook dedicated to studying *only* Chinese (lined & plain paper are suitable). Based on your fluency level, Mwene will recommend any additional resources you may need both free or paid.
You may ask additional questions within the topics covered in The Speaking Bank where questions and model answers will be provided to support your conversational fluency (if needed).
Lastly, have fun! Learning Chinese through language exchange is an opportunity for both parties to learn from one another in a supportive and patient environment.

Rules:

Overly personal and innappropriate questions will not be tolerated and will lead to early exchange dismissal.
Before exchange, answer the form honestly to avoid sensitive topics such as deceased family discussions being discussed etc.
Cancellations must be communicated via email within 48 hours with good reasoning in order to reschedule (maximum 1 reschedule per exchange).
Otherwise, missed exchange will be charged and new booking is required.
