Tai Chi is typically described as a sequence of movements done in a slow, relaxed manor, but it can be far more than that.

I was always told by my teachers that Tai Chi was for health, fitness, cultivation of Chi, meditation, and martial arts but for me has become an exploration of what’s possible.

The teachings can be applied to all facets of life, and, with practice, it can help to create ease of being and peace of mind that you learn to maintain throughout your daily routines and interactions. 

Oh, year it’s also a good form of exercise.

The only true way to know what you will get out of Tai Chi is to try it, persevere with the practice but most of all have fun playing with it. It is often overlooked that People who practice Tai Chi are referred to as Tai Chi Players and the practice should be approached playfully.
