Why are all of these items needed before telling your story? They will keep you organized. The media outreach form is where you will house all of your media contacts (I suggest using google sheets to open as then you can always have them in your google sheets app on the go!). The press release is a tool you can use to make announcements/share news with the media and the media pitch is something you create that specifically outlines your story + pitch angles that are sent to the media.

All of the documents have examples and explanations on how to use the documents so you will definitely feel like you're "in the know" when working on your own PR needs or maybe even a client of yours. In addition, I do suggest housing your press releases and media outreach documents in Google docs.
