Miss a day? Good. That means you had a life.

Most planners are dated, packed and 800 pages long. Skip a few days and you're staring at a stack of blank pages that feel like a report card. The No-Guilt Planner is the opposite: fully undated, deliberately small, and calm to look at, so you can pick it up on any day and simply start on the next blank page. Nothing in here keeps score.

Who it's for

- Anyone with ADHD (diagnosed or "pretty sure"), or anyone whose brain wanders and whose plans fall apart by Wednesday

- People who've bought planners before and quit after a week because they felt behind

- Anyone who finds busy, sticker-heavy planners overwhelming and wants something quiet and simple

- iPad and Android tablet users (GoodNotes, Notability and similar apps), and people who prefer paper

What makes it different

- Undated, everywhere. Daily, weekly, monthly and habit pages have blank date lines. Start in March, stop in April, come back in July. No wasted pages, no guilt.

- Top 3 only. Each day asks for three priorities, not thirteen.

- Loose time blocks. Morning, Afternoon and Evening instead of hourly rows, because time blindness makes rigid schedules feel like failure.

- A place for what didn't happen. Carry Forward (next few days) and a Parking Lot (someday, no pressure) so unfinished tasks get moved, not mourned.

- Brain dump first. Empty your head, then sort it into Do soon / Someday / Let it go.

- Light file, no lag. 57 pages and under 1 MB, so it opens fast and stays smooth in GoodNotes.

- Every link works. Tabs on every page, a Home index that links to every single page, and back/next arrows on daily pages. All 724 links were tested programmatically before release.

- Calm, low-clutter design. Soft sage, sand, clay and blue on warm paper. Tasteful, not cute overload. What's included

FAQ

Are the pages dated? No. Nothing is dated: you write the date (or don't).

Will it work with my app? It's a standard hyperlinked PDF. It's built for GoodNotes and Notability and works in most PDF note apps on iPad and Android. Link behaviour can vary slightly between apps.

Do the links still work after I write on the page? Yes. Writing sits on top of the page; the links stay in place. Some apps need read-only mode or a finger tap to follow links.

Can I get more than 30 daily pages? Yes. Duplicate any daily page in your app, or print the daily page as many times as you need.

Why only 57 pages? On purpose. Huge planners lag and feel like a commitment. This one stays light, and because it's undated, you can reuse it as long as you like.

Is it an app or a reminder system? No. A PDF can't send notifications, so we suggest pairing your Top 3 with one phone reminder.

Is this medical advice? No. It's a planning tool, not a diagnosis or treatment.

Refunds? Because this is an instant digital download, sales are final. If a file won't open or a link doesn't work, reply to your receipt and I'll make it right.
