What can the vagina do for God? Have you ever asked God to speak to you about it?
As I meditated on this apparent truth, in a vision I saw the body of Jesus on the cross. Then in that sudden moment, I realized that the gospel of Jesus is about his human body sacrificed for us! The gospel is about Christ crucified. It’s about a man’s body that was beaten up, whipped, slapped, torn and crucified. He was crucified naked to wipe away the shame of Eden and restore the glory of the human body.
Our level of righteousness must exceed the righteousness of the Pharisees. There’s a nude generation of gospel ministers coming on the scene to fight the enemy off the turf of God. The enemy does not own nudity or the vagina. It’s just a demonization of the most beautiful gift God gave the woman.
If the naked or semi-nude woman cannot glorify God in her body and with her body, then we are saying redemption was powerless to claim the human body for God’s glory. Does God need naked women to speak for him? Not really. But when those who are supposed to speak for him keep failing him, he has no choice but to raise stones to sing his praises. And what a better way to present the gospel to men who are obsessed with the vagina!
This is a celebration of the vagina in poetic doses just like in the SONG OF SONGS.
I was praying about this and the Lord told me to meditate on the Song of Songs. I had read it but I had never bothered to meditate on the book. I read it, again and again, seven times. Then I noticed something so obvious I wondered why I could not see it before. With amazement and wonder, I realized that 70% of the book is simply CELEBRATING THE HUMAN BODY.
