This is a one week, high intensity vertical jump program which I used to get my first dunk and take my vertical from around 32 inches to a current 40 inches at just 15 years old. This program requires access to a gym or a home gym, as weights are required. Vertical jump progress is a time consuming progress and results wont appear immediately so do not be discouraged if you do not see immediate progress. However these workouts will lead to vertical progress if done and used correctly so I suggest using this Week long program to add to your vertical jump journey.
