WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• Lot cost split: Paid £50 for a box of 6 things? Enter the lot once. The tracker splits the cost across each item by its estimated resale value, so every item shows its true profit.

• Is your unit paying its rent? Enter your monthly unit or booth rent and see sales, commission, item cost, profit, rent coverage and a clear "Paid / Lost money" verdict every month, plus the sales you need to break even.

• Dead stock alerts: Items unsold for 90+ days are flagged Stale, 180+ days Dead stock (you choose the days). See exactly how much cash is sitting on your shelves.

• Where to buy: Compare house clearances, auctions, charity shops, car boots, flea markets and pickers (estate sales, thrift and garage sales in the US edition): what you spent, what you earned, how fast it sold.

• What to buy: Profit per item and days to sell by category, so you buy more of what sells.

• Fees done for you: Etsy (transaction, processing, regulatory, listing and Offsite Ads), eBay, centre or mall commission, Vinted, fairs, direct sales. UK edition adds VAT on platform fees automatically. All rates editable.
