This checklist is designed as a quarterly reset for your space, schedule and self. Feel refreshingly on top of things by giving your life admin the time it deserves. Set your background tasks in motion, close open tabs in your brain and refocus on what is important to you by taking the time to check in with intention.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

As part of your digital download, you will receive a pdf of your checklist in full colour, an easy-to-read version in case you want a bit of a cleaner, more minimalist and more accessible experience and finally a pale, print-friendly version of the checklist in case you wish to print it at home and put pen to paper. (You may of course also print the full colour version - you do you!)

For copyright reasons, I cannot give you an open version of the file to type right into, but you can:

- overlay your own check marks

- put it into your preferred note-taking app and check off boxes with your stylus pen in there

- print out your checklist and write right into it
