The magic is the discipline baked in: ONE ranked list (never competing urgent/today sections), completed tasks struck then deleted (no zombie lists), past-hour tasks forced to resolve, frog-first scheduling that refuses to put your hardest work after a morning meeting, and "cruise day" support for when you need the list pared down instead of piled up.
