PRICING

Video Packages

• €70 — Up to 1:30 final video
• €85 — 2:00+ minute final video
• €25 - 25 — 20 sec video - depending on how complex and the effect they want.
• €50 — 30-40 sec video
• Anything above a minute = 70€ +

Priority focus: additional 5–10 €, depending on complexity.

Filming Sessions

• €15 per filming session
• Maximum session length: 1 hour 30 minutes
• 30€ for Club recordings

TERMS OF SERVICE

SHOWCASE SERVER ACCESS

Lifetime Showcase Pass — €650

This pass grants long-term showcase access under the following terms:

• Pass may be revoked in cases of blacklisting or 90+ days of inactivity
• Transferable with prior approval and a €75 transfer fee
• Non-refundable
• All discussions and transactions are documented for security purposes

Pass Benefits

• 50% off toggle showcases and teasers

Collaborations with Non-Pass Members

PROJECT CHANGES & REVISION POLICY

To ensure high-quality results and a smooth workflow, please review the following rules regarding project changes and revisions:

Revisions & Changes

• Clients are allowed up to two (2) reasonable revision requests per project at no additional cost.
• Revisions may include minor adjustments, such as timing tweaks, effect refinements, or small visual changes.

Music Changes

• If music is not provided or confirmed in advance, one (1) music change will be allowed after the initial edit.
• A second music change is permitted if necessary.
• Any additional music change beyond two (2) will incur a $5 fee per change.

Reason:

Re-syncing music requires reworking transitions, effects, and sound design, which can take 1–2 hours per revision. Editing is not a simple drag-and-drop process.

Scene & Story Changes

• Scene adjustments are allowed; however, excessive or major changes that significantly alter the storyline or structure will be limited.
• If the project undergoes more than five (5) major scene or story changes, or if the creative direction continues to shift substantially, I reserve the right to:
• Decline further revisions or
• Apply an additional $20 project extension fee

Project Timeframe

• Most projects require 1–5 days to complete.
• Please do not rush the process.
• If constant changes cause the project to exceed the expected production timeframe, additional fees may apply.

Payment & Security

• Payment is required upfront based on the agreed package and settings.
• Once payment is made and details are confirmed, the project will be completed according to the client’s requests.
• All transactions, communications, and sessions are recorded for security and documentation purposes.
• No refunds — all sales are final.

DANCER HIRING & REQUESTS

If you require dancers for your video and do not have your own, dancers can be requested directly through me.

Dancer Availability

The following dance styles can be arranged upon request:

• E-boy / Modern dance style
• Robotic / Mechanical style
• Breakdance
• Pole dancer
• Ring dancers

Pricing

• $10–$20 per dancer, depending on:
• Dance style
• Complexity
• Performance requirements

Payment Notice

• 100% of dancer fees go directly to the dancers.
• I do not take a cut from dancer payments.
• I act solely as the coordinator and contact to arrange and send dancers to you.

Showcase Terms & Conditions

By requesting a showcase, recording, edit, or any related service from me, you automatically agree to the following terms:

Portfolio & Collaboration Rights

• Every showcase must be posted as a collaboration (collab) with my account.
• This is required so I can display my work and use the finished showcase as part of my portfolio and promotional content.

Payment Policy

• Full payment must be made upfront before any work begins.
• No recordings, edits, or showcase work will start until payment has been received.

Avatar Requirements

• Your avatar must be fully ready and accessible before the recording session begins.
• Any missing assets, unfinished avatars, or technical issues that delay recording are the responsibility of the client.

Showcase Usage Rights

• By purchasing a showcase, you agree that the final edited recording may be used in my portfolio, social media, advertisements, and examples of my work.
• This includes edited showcases, dance recordings, and promotional clips.

Creator Approval

• Dancers will get the avatar free because they participated in the showcase and also the editor/showcaser They have the right to decline or accept.

Agreement to Terms

• If you receive a showcase, recording, edit, or any service from me, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms, regardless of whether you have reviewed them in full.

Final Note

My work reflects professional standards, time investment, and creative value. If you are looking for a dedicated editor who delivers quality results, these terms are non-negotiable.

I just want to clarify something to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. If you commission me and your piece isn’t posted right away, please don’t worry. Sometimes I wait a while before sharing certain works, and in some cases, I post all remaining pieces together after a few months.

I always make this clear in my rules, so I kindly ask that you read them carefully before commissioning me. If this posting timeline doesn’t work for you, I completely understand — but in that case, it may be best to work with someone whose process aligns better with your expectations.

Please also understand that I don’t create free work, and I don’t agree to unpaid pieces. Even if a piece isn’t posted immediately, I was still paid for my time and effort. When concerns are raised about that, it can feel disrespectful to the work I put in and potentially harmful to my reputation.

I truly value professionalism and mutual respect, and I appreciate your understanding.
