Fall gets busy. Your own movement can become the thing you keep putting off.
Fall ReFocus gives you a plan to return to: purposeful strength workouts, clear exercise demonstrations, and short supporting practices that help you pay attention to your body.
You’ll repeat movements long enough to get familiar with them, then explore ways to increase the challenge. There’s room to build consistency, work on technique, and notice what you’re capable of today.
What’s included
• Five weekly strength plans with an every-other-day rhythm, rotating lower- and upper-body workouts.
• About 40 minutes per workout: warm-up, 30 minutes to work through the exercises at your pace, and cooldown.
• Reusable exercise demonstrations with straightforward instructions and form cues.
• Options to adjust the challenge through weight, repetitions, support, and selected variations.
• Short movement and recovery extras to support the strength work.
• Printable weekly plans and simple journal prompts to track what you notice and learn.
Start where you are. Give yourself something to build on.
You may be returning to exercise, already active and ready for more structure, or lifting regularly and looking for useful additions to your routine.
Choose the version that fits your starting point. Use Fall ReFocus as your workout plan or alongside training you already enjoy.
Train at home or at the gym. Dumbbells are the main equipment, with band alternatives for selected movements. A mat and stable chair or bench will support some exercises.
Notice. Choose. Reflect.
“I can take one meaningful step from where I am today.”
Each week, take a moment to notice how you’re doing, choose an action that supports you, and reflect on what you learned.
Progress might be a stronger repetition, a workout you followed through on, or recognizing when to adjust. Your journal becomes a record of those choices—something concrete to carry forward.
Your five weeks
1. Establish Your Foundation
2. Build Momentum
3. Expand Your Capacity
4. Own Your Rhythm
5. Carry Your Strength Through the Season
My own experience of rebuilding shapes how I teach. I value strength, good technique, and finding a way forward from where you actually are.
I created Fall ReFocus to give you purposeful work, room to make it your own, and a rhythm you can keep returning to.
Let’s use these five weeks well.
