You can want closeness, communication, and ease in your relationships… and still find yourself reacting in ways that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to change.

That’s not a failure.

It’s a nervous system responding based on what it learned in the past. Trauma and relationship patterns are closely tied to one another.

This workshop is about understanding those patterns — and beginning to change them from the inside out.

Prerequisite is the Safety & Self Workshop.
