Ghostly figure

A vibrant, high-contrast tattoo design in the iconic style of Sailor Jerry's American traditional tattoos, featuring a ghostly figure with a pale, blue-tinged complexion and sunken eyes, holding a bright pink umbrella with intricate, ornate handle details, set against a dark, stormy background with torrential rain pouring down in bold, expressive brushstrokes, and a bright flash of lightning illuminating the ghost's transparent face, with a bold, black outline and delicate, red accent lines throughout, all presented in a sticker-like format with a crisp, white border, evoking the classic tattoos of the 20th century.
