What is coaching?
Coaching is a process which leads to awareness of your thinking, helping you see patterns that keep you from being, doing, having or giving what you want in your one precious life.
How I got here...
Picture this- I'm in my early 40's, in a dysfunctional relationship, heading up the care for my mother who has MS, mothering a 7yr and a 14 yr, fighting with my husband and trying to start a business. I am angry, sad, frustrated, lonely and confused. In a moment that changes everything, I see clearly how I have been showing up to my life, and it is not how I want to continue. In that moment I decide to take back living my desired life.

I met my first Life/Spiritual Coach, Juliette very soon after my decision to change. She led me to question my thoughts, examine my beliefs and recognize my patterns as she supported me in connecting to my inner wise woman. From here, I was able to take back agency of living my life.
My life went from angry, lonely and confused to loving, connected and clear of my purpose and my desire to help others in their pursuit of more spiritual living and taking more heart centered action.

Are you certified?
Yes I am a certified life coach and I am currently working towards my ICF certification (International Coaching Federation). I continue to take classes and courses with the focus on coaching and personal development about every 6 months.
What results have people gotten working with you?
This answer has a lot of variation. Some clients have found a better fitting job or relationship working with me. Others have created new habits around health, and many have moved past the past and are ushering in a whole beautiful life. All my clients have a better understanding of the laws of the universe and their roll in creating their reality.
Do you have a coach?
I do! I coach myself quite a bit around most sticky places that come up and when I'm a bit stuck, I turn to my coach to help me see what I can't see. I resolve issues much fast now:).
