Your Rest & Reset experience is a deeply soothing escape from the pace of everyday life, created to help you slow down, soften, and fully let go. As you settle in, you’ll be gently guided by calming ambient music, subtle aromatherapy scents, and a specially written relaxation script designed by a fully qualified hypnotherapist to help you drift into a much deeper state of calm than you might reach on your own. There’s nothing you need to do and no experience needed; lie back, listen, and allow yourself to be carried into stillness.
Everything is designed to support your comfort and relaxation, from the warm, peaceful atmosphere to the blankets provided for you to cosy into (with extras welcome if you like). We recommend dressing warmly, as your body naturally cools as you relax deeply. You’re welcome to bring water if it helps you feel more comfortable. This is your time to fully switch off, release tension, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely reset.

Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed. This session is suitable for everyone—just come as you are and allow yourself to relax.
What should I bring?
Blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring extra for comfort. We recommend wearing warm, comfortable clothing as your body temperature may drop during relaxation. You can also bring water if you’d like.
Are there any health considerations?
Yes. Ambient lighting will be used during the session, so please take this into consideration if you have epilepsy or light sensitivity. Aromatherapy sprays will also be used, so please be mindful if you have asthma or scent sensitivities.
What happens after the session?
You’ll be gently brought back to awareness and offered a warm herbal tea, along with a small gift to take home as a reminder of your experience.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
