I created this Snack Cheat Sheet because I know how overwhelming it can feel to “eat healthy” when everywhere you look, you’re told what not to eat. I don’t believe in cutting out your favourite foods, labeling snacks as “bad,” or feeling guilty every time you grab something sweet or salty. Instead, my approach is all about balance. Snacking isn’t something to fear — in fact, the right snacks can keep your energy up, curb cravings, and help you feel satisfied instead of deprived.
