Instructions

• Import the unity package into your mayu project.
• Place the Binder prefab onto your avatar
• Test the avatar, Items are in the Clothes/Gear menu

License

License Agreement for Models

This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the model ("the Model") provided by Ximmer's Creations ("Licensor") to the purchaser ("Licensee") on the Payhip platform. By purchasing and using the Model, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement:

1. Grant of License:
2. 1.1. The Model is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor shall not be held responsible for any issues or consequences arising from the use of the Model.
3. Public Models:
4. 2.1. Licensee is allowed to create and upload public models based on the Model.
5. 2.2. Public models created using the Model must be uploaded by the Licensee, and the Model's download link must be retained within the model.
6. 2.3. If the Model does not contain a download link within the Model then 2.2 shall not apply.
7. Private Models:
8. 3.1. Licensee may create and use private versions of the Model.
9. 3.2. The requirement to retain the download link within the model is waived for private versions used by the Licensee.
10. Model Creators:
11. 4.1. When modifying the Model for a client, the client must have purchased the Model separately.
12. 4.2. The requirement to retain the download link within the model is waived for models created for clients.
13. 4.3. Licensee is permitted to create any number of models based on the Model for the purchaser of the Model.
14. Streaming:
15. 5.1. Licensee is not required to provide explicit credit when streaming using the Model. However, it is appreciated if Licensee credits the Model when feasible.
16. Frankensteining/Kitbashing:
17. 6.1. Licensee may use parts of the Model for integration with another model, provided that the client owns the Model and complies with the respective license of the other model.
18. Termination:
19. 7.1. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
20. 7.2. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease using the Model and delete any copies or modified versions thereof.

By purchasing and using the Model, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
